UK TRACKED DELIVERY On this DHL service your order will USUALLY arrive on the following day provided that you place your order by 13.00 Monday to Thursday. Please note that orders placed on Friday by 13.00 will be dispatched on Friday and delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the closest business day and delivered on the following day. This does not include bank holidays (in case of a bank holiday the package will be posted on the following day)
We cannot guarantee next day delivery and will not be able to offer compensation for delays out of our control.
Returns
Being a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, we should be informed of its decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement made in writing, sent with the returned goods to the following address: 25H Newton Street, Greenock, Inverclyde, United Kingdom PA16 8SA.
To keep the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. In the event of effective withdrawal from the contract of sale, the contract is considered void.
You are obliged to return the purchased product immediately, no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you informed about the withdrawal from the contract. Goods should be returned to the address given to the store 25H Newton Street, Greenock, Inverclyde, United Kingdom PA16 8SA together with the invoice intact, with no signs of use, with all parts of the goods (packaging, etc.). You are to bear the direct cost of returning the Goods. The store does not accept parcels at the expense of the addressee.
Goods that are not a full-value commodity, bearing traces of use, will be sent back to the Sender immediately – the return will be unrecognized.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Store shall promptly, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal, return all received payments, including the cheapest costs of delivery of the Goods. If you have chosen the method of delivery of things other than the cheapest – the usual delivery method offered by the Store, then the Store is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs incurred.
The reimbursement will be made by the Store using the same payment method you used, unless you agreed to a different method of refund. The store may withhold the return of payment until the goods are received back. Pack the product into the package, attach the completed form “Statement of withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance”. Remember that the returned items should be properly packed, so that they will not be damaged during transport. Attach the invoice to the package.
