Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 05th June 2025
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18+ with a valid email or phone number.
2. Earning Points
Customers earn 5 points for every £1 spent on eligible purchases.
A one-time signup bonus of 50 points is awarded upon account verification.
Customers receive 25 bonus points for each completed order.
Referral bonus of 100 points awarded when a referred customer signs up and verifies their account.
3. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 points = £1 discount.
Maximum redemption per order is 500 points (£5).
Minimum order value of £10 required to redeem points.
4. Referral Program
Each customer can earn referral bonuses for up to 5 unique referrals.
Referrals must be verified accounts with valid contact information.
5. Restrictions and Abuse Prevention
Signup and referral bonuses limited to one per individual account.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity (e.g., multiple signups from the same IP, fake referrals) will be suspended and points voided.
Verification via email or phone may be required to qualify for bonuses.
6. Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time with prior notice.
7. Acceptance
Participation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
