Do you provide FREE samples?
Unfortunately no, we recommend that you buy small quantities to try a product first.

How quickly will my products arrive?
If you order before 1pm (Mon-Fri) you will usually receive your products the next day. please note that WL Aesthetics are closed on Public Holidays.

What if the product I want shows as "Out Of Stock"?
If the product you want is "Out Of Stock" no problem, send us an email, use the Contact Form or give us a call and we'll sort it out

Can I buy your products for personal use?
The majority of our products are designed for professional use by doctors and specialists, by purchasing said product(s) you agree to supply on request formal proof of medical/professional training. Said product(s) are not intended for personal or home use.

Do you sell wholesale?
The short answer is yes. Wholesale will be dependant on quantity, contact us and we would be happy to discuss details.

Do you provide printed material about your products that I can display in my clinic?
For some products yes, an example might be a patient leaflet. We can also provide other items at a small cost.
